Leaver handling depends on your scheme rules — which Shares Saver helps you document during setup. Vested shares typically remain the employee's property. Unvested shares may be forfeited, partially vested on a pro-rata basis, or accelerated depending on the leaver type (good leaver / bad leaver) as defined in your scheme documentation. Shares Saver manages the administrative process for all leaver scenarios.
