What does Shares Saver charge?

Shares Saver charges ₦1,500 plus 0.4% per transaction — taken out of the amount you pay in when you buy, and out of the proceeds when you sell. Put in ₦10,000 and ₦8,460 buys shares. There is no monthly subscription and nothing is charged while you hold.

Are there any broker commission charges?

Share purchases are executed by regulated stockbrokers. Standard NGX brokerage charges and exchange levies apply at the time of each purchase, as they would with any Nigerian stock transaction.

Are there any hidden fees?

No. All charges are disclosed transparently. You will see exactly what you are paying before confirming any plan or transaction.

Do I pay fees if I pause my savings plan?

Nothing. There is no subscription to keep up, so pausing or cancelling your plan costs nothing, and shares already registered in your name remain yours with no ongoing charge from Shares Saver.
