Shares Saver does not provide tax advice. Dutch residents may have reporting obligations to the Belastingdienst (Dutch Tax Authority) for foreign assets under Box 3 (savings and investments) of Dutch income tax rules. Consult a Dutch belastingadviseur (tax adviser) before investing.
Yes. Shares are registered in your legal name with the relevant Nigerian registrar, regardless of your Dutch residency. Your ownership record is independent of the Shares Saver platform.
