The UAE — particularly Dubai — is home to one of the world's largest Nigerian diaspora communities, with hundreds of thousands of Nigerians living and working across the Emirates in finance, real estate, technology, healthcare, and entrepreneurship. Many maintain strong ties to Nigeria and actively remit money home. Shares Saver provides a way to formalise that connection by owning Nigerian company shares registered directly in your legal name.

The UAE currently does not levy personal income tax on individuals. This means investment income from Nigerian shares may not be taxed by UAE authorities (though Nigerian withholding tax on dividends may still apply).
The Shares Saver app works from anywhere in the UAE. Register, verify your identity, choose companies, and manage your portfolio entirely online.
UAE bank accounts (AED) cannot be used to fund Shares Saver directly. You will need your Nigerian bank account. Many Nigerians in Dubai and Abu Dhabi use remittance services (Western Union, Wise, UAE-based exchange houses) to convert AED to NGN and transfer to their Nigerian account, then fund from there.
Nigerian shares are priced in Naira (₦). When you convert AED to NGN for investment, the prevailing exchange rate will affect your purchasing power in Naira terms. Exchange rates fluctuate — plan accordingly.
